掌握英语是私营部门特别珍惜的技能。奖励边学边赚的机会使雇佣者显得更有吸引力，表明他们重视对员工的投资。

Letmespeak.org目前在巴西与Sitel公司共同落实试验边学边赚项目，以便鼓励员工的自我发展。Sitel作为全球最大客户体验产品和解决方案供应者之一，拥有身处世界100多个地方的超过16万名员工。Sitel了解让员工边学边赚有很大前景，不仅让员工掌握英语，也让员工进行自我发展，也推动员工留任率。

混合型教学项目包括通过Letmespeak.org学习英语，在每天工作环境内采用新学技能。项目的第一批参与者连续30天边学边赚。项目完成后员工可获取自己的收入。

Sitel特别关注计量英语能力、员工学习英语的动机以及员工对自我发展机会的满意度。鉴于员工反馈，延长了项目：第二批参与者两个月边学边赚。边学边赚那么受欢迎，那么明显改善英语能力，第二批人数增加至58名员工。第二次自我发展项目2022年5月启动。
